Mission Agape Food Pantry
Mission Agape serves more than 75 low-income families each month through our client-choice food pantry, allowing families to select food items that best meet their household needs. Families are referred to us by local churches, schools, and community partners. In addition to food assistance, we offer encouragement and prayer to support families during difficult seasons.
No Strings Attached
At Mission Agape, we are a no strings attached ministry. We don’t ask anyone to prove that they are poor and our team tries to make it the best experience possible.
Personal Appointments
We want to be God’s love in action, meet needs, and build relationships with everyone we encounter. We run our food pantry with these values at the forefront to ensure a personal and intentional ministry.
In March 2021, we changed our practices from client choice to food boxes. This was done to follow current CDC guidelines to practice “personal distance.” Even though we made this change, we did not change the personal attention we still gave to each person/family. We still get to know people, listen to their stories, and make sure to provide any help they might need. If there is a need, there is a way. We don’t always have the means to immediately help families with issues unrelated to food. However, we will connect them with other people and organizations to provide solutions.
Donate
We provide food for about 76 families a month. Our food pantry is small, but we are always in need of donations. Contact us today to see how you can help!
